Can someone tell me how to post an avitar on this site? Or are avitar not allowed here?

Now that you ask...I haven't tried to post an Avitar yet so all I know is that there is a section in your Control Panel to do it.
I'll be back.
Ok, I do not have the correct URL for the avitar in my profile at Ford-trucks.com to add it through the "Edit Picture" nor will it load in the "Edit Avitar" brouse field because it is a file on my computer, not a URL I guess.
