From all of my experiences with High Speed Internet Service Providers with Dial Up, 550Access is the very best.
The greatest aspect of 550Access.com (http://www.clixgalore.com/Sale.aspx?BID=12428&AfID=111274&AdID=2024) is it is only 99 cents to sign up for your 1st month and just $8.95 a month thereafter. There are no yearly contracts to worry about and no funky banner bar floating at the top your browser. Just a sensational high speed internet service provider. I give them 4 stars ****.
The only limitations to their service is that you are limited to 300 hours per month. But if you are not online all the time working, surfing, chatting or doing whatever this would be the perfect service for you.
My one pet peeve with dial up is that after a couple of hours they all seem to cut you off. I'm pretty sure this has something to do with them trying to limit the amount of server bandwith they are using. I would advise getting a good pinger from zdnet or cnet downloads, that way you will rarely get cut off in the middle of an important project.
If you know you definitely need more speed than a high speed internet dial up service provider can give you, then I would opt for a DSL or Cable High Speed Internet Provider (http://shopfordsl.com/index.cfm?telid=cashcable) in your area and Click Here.
