As a fellow "left coaster" (Victoria BC), a mutual welcome to forum!
I gather the key here is consistency and perseverence, and a williness to share info and tips...however, it seems like there is a lot of what I call "opportunity vomiting" :rolleyes: in many of the posts here (i.e. pitching hard with one's program with no attempt to chat first)!
