Hello everyone!

Hello my name is Rick. I am from Missouri and new to the internet business. Interested in information in how to get on the internet. My business shows up but very limited. How do you get noticed without spending any money? Tried paying for clicks but only got 1 sale. Very poor return. I advertise on cl***ifieds also and had 1 sale there so I have had only 2 total sells in 2 months. Not very good. Help!

Nice to meet you, I am glad to see you have joined the boards! Don't get discouraged, please understand that the hype may lead you to believe that you can make millions overnight, building a business online is done over time.

To say that you have made 2 sales in 2 months should be seen as a starting accomplishment! :cool:

Continue to learn about different advertising methods and always work with your ads to produce better results. Remember that even corporate ad firms spend time and money revising their campaigns to create the best results. - No ad is perfect the first time around.

If you've got 2 sales in 2 months, I'd consider that pretty good. Don't give up, you're doing the right thing, by getting yourself known on these type of websites. Like someone else mentioned, don't believe what you hear in the hype. It won't happen overnight.

An online business is much like a traditional business, in that it takes between 3-6 months to get yourself established with an online presence and that is consistantly getting yourself out there every day.

I am trying but I have spent a lot on money getting to here. When I stopped paying for clicks my traffic went down from 200 clicks a day to 20. I search my site on Google and Yahoo and I am only on around 1200 places. That is not much compared to how many are out there. The site I have is ***** novelties and I have a great amount of items I can sell (30,000) and when I do get an order it is shipped that day or the next so customer service is not a problem. I just need to figure out how to get it on the internet more. Thanks for your help!!

Whats is the usual amount of money you should spend daily on ppc that might get some return on investment? I know nothing is guaranteed. I got 52 clicks on my site since Tuesday morning not much since this is Saturday morning. All help is appreciated.
