The PFA lined valve (http://www.corrosion-resistant-valves.com/corrosion-resistant-pipe-fitting.html) we use meets the requirements of ASTM D3307 Type 2. They are also specified as having a restricted melt flow index not exceeding 3 grammes in 10 miniutes. We extensively use our own in house melt flow indexing test equiment to ensure the PFA complies to our strict quality controls. Hard Stamping:The steelwork of the moulded component is hard stamped with the unique mould reference. This can then be used to cross reference back to the original manufacturers polymer batch used to line the component
