can anyone please answer my question

im new to this forum and would like to know something from you guys out there that has been using it for a while. Do any of you generate sales on a regular basis through this forum. Are people actualy buying from your adds or is this just a place where advertisers show there adds to other advertisers. Ive only been a member for one day and im not quit sure how this works. Any tips or tricks i need to know to make things happen will be appreciated.

There are some members who have done well lurking around the introductions forum. You can greet new members who join and have your ad in the signature file. Several have managed to get lots of subscribers to their newsletters doing this so this is real traffic. Of course it depends on what you are promoting as well. In any case welcome to the Forum!

Matt has some great advice to network with others. The are thousands of forums out there...some are good and others may be a waste of time- the only way to tell is to participate for a week and see if there's any people who do more than throw their ad around. That's the reason i've been here for so long.

well I am new to this forum as well and am moving off of my first style of marketing for my website as I am not a MLM person.

I am learning that you should try to get yourself registered in as many places as possible, and remain active.
You never know where traffic will come from but bear in mind, nothing big will happen overnight. I have found that the ones that usually say it will...... you scroll down to the bottom of their page and you have to pay out money first.

So, if you are broke, like me, then go for the free things, but don't waste time on ideas that don't seem to work.

I think this site will work, but as I am new I can't say for sure. But it makes sense for me to try.

Squidoo is another site where you can write articles and point people at your site, and you get ads on there as well.

I think you'll like Directmatches then, Laurence, they use the MRM system to create incomes...MRM invitation versus MLM sales! Check into it...i think you'll find it much easier;)
