I'm new to this forum, but I noticed some people tell a little about themselves in their first post. So, here it goes...

I'm a 42 year old married mother of 4 who enjoys investing in real estate part-time. I've discovered the OAR Real Estate program that gives 10 free lessons to show you how you can profit from adjustable rates.

Check out the site at www.fieber.oarrealestate.com

It seems at this forum that people maybe read the posts, but not many reply. Why do you think that is, and how can we get the forum more active?

I'd be interested in your thoughts.

Hi Tracey,
Welcome to the forum. Its great to have you here. Enjoy the forum. I hope you have a happy, healthy, prosperous 2007. Here is a positive statement to think about. "When the prize is clear the price gets cheap." Say I came up to you and ask you to get $1,000 by tomorrow and didnt give you a reason why, and you didnt have $1,000 what would you say? You would say I cant come up with a $1,000, right. Now say I came up to you with a key to your dream car and said if you come up with a $1,000 by tomorrow you get this car what would you do? You would find a way to come up with the $1,000 wouldnt you. Get your prize clear. Like I said enjoy the forum great to have you here. To your success! :D

First off it would be a good idea to put your link in your signature. This is how you do it in case you don`t know how. At the top left of the forum you will see user cp. Click that. When that comes up click edit signature, it will be on the left hand side. Put your name and link in there, that way everytime you post your link is there, but in the signature, instead of the body of your post. Some forums don`t mind your link in the body, but others do, so its a good idea to do it that way.

As far as how to get the forum more active, somebody else probable can answer that. Some forums are more active than others and have a lot of chat, as well as just posting free advertising. As I said welcome to the forum. To your success!

Hi, Chris,

Thanks for the tip, I've done it on other forums, but guess I missed it on here.

Any other tips to help?
