Larry checking in for an introduction. Looks like a good forum setup and hopefully will be profitable for all. Presently, I publish an onine newsletter for traders and investors that goes out each morning and in the evening, plus I work with private lenders that will pay a nice commission (like $1200 on a $200, 000 property) on each seller that is referred to them.
