Hi Carolyn,

I come from the south of Italy and I love it! I would reccommend Sicily and of course Sorrento (that's were I come from). Sorrento is great and close to the Amalfi coastline , the island of Capri and the archeological site of Pompei!

Carribean sounds great too..never been but it's on my list!
