Can anyone help me out, i am new to all this and not sure if i am going the right way about it. I have set up my own web site but dont know what to with it now i got my products on there and i have also started talking in forums, submitting articles but sweet bugger all is coming from it, how long does this take oh and i also signed up for google ads. Anyone with some FREE info please help because i am about to give up.
