The course is good once you actually get to it. You do not need all the upsells. Most of the stuff they are upselling you can find for free. But I really learned from this course so for me it is easily worth the $77.

I believe in their philosophy of using ppv traffic to build a targeted mailing list that you can market to over and over. If you just link directly to your website without any follow up system most people will not buy on just a quick pop up. But if you can market to them over and over again you have a much better chance of converting that visitor. I also like that they encourage split testing and simple landing pages with one simple call to action.
