Position : HH 82042 Marketing Assistant
Job Scope
1. Administer general e-mail
2. Handle Price Enquiries
3. Execute and manage customer satisfaction survey
4. Update Competitor Profile
5. Manage and distribute company literatures and marketing media
6. Product Release
7. Distribution of Company Bulletin
8. Price List maintenance & update
9. Prepare customer training folders and certificates
10. Co-ordination of year end gifts / cards
11. Stand in for in-coming phone calls
12. Project tracking and monitoring
13. Administration for Marketing related activities

Requirement

1. Diploma in Marketing and / or Engineering
2. Preferably with 1 year of experience in a marketing environment. Fresh graduate are also welcome
3. Good interpersonal skill
4. MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Writer savvy
5. Meticulous
6. Mature and independent

Salary : S$1,200 to S$1,500+ monthly incentive bounus

Location : Upper Thomson


HH 82048 Shipping Assistant
Requirement
1) Fast & accurate data entry.
2) Fresh graduate or school leaver with serious working attitude, and
willing to learn from our training.
3) Preferably staying in east zone of Singapore since our office is located
in Changi Airfreight Centre.

>Salary: S$1500 and above (depends on experience and qualification)
>Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6PM

Location : Changi
