Sorry about the late response ! Been busy with trying to market another
site, and forgot to check this forum. You know how it is!

Yes, Squidoo is a little like a blog, but it gets listed in Google a lot
faster. Those of us in the same business also have a group page,
called a "Lens" where we all have links to others sites. Many of
us also list each others pages on our Lenses - the more links you
have the better.

Squidoo also has advertisers on your page - if someone clicks on
those ads, or they buy something from say your Amazon link, then
you get a commission. It's a little more complex than a blog, or
some of the other social networking sites

Another site I use a lot is Apsense - it's just social networking,
but is quite interesting, and also free.
