Hello from France

:cool: Hello everyone,
I am new to this, not ot sure what to say, i have been living in France and running my own Bar Bistrot for the past 3 years, I am origanily from Scotland and my wife from England, for my sins I am a fully trained Chef and have been in the catering industry for many years. The food we are serving at the moment is British/French cuisine with a snack menu of burgers, pizza etc.
Anyone visiting the Mayenne region of France we are in the village of Madré we will look forward to welcoming you .
