    Main purpose for Senior Human Resources Manager to plan, organise, lead and control the Human Resources function for Power Installations company in Vereening.

    Requirements:
    B Degree in Psychology
    MBA or accredited Executive Development Programme
    Must be registered with: Registered with SA Board of Personnel Practice
    Registered Psycho Technician
    Diploma in Industrial Relations
    10 years experience with a minimum of 3 years in each discipline:
    3 years training
    3 years recruitment
    3 years security
    3 years staff remuneration and benefits
    3 years industrial relations
    3 years organisational development
    Must be able to communicate at ExecutiveManagement level
    Computer literate: Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
