Xi'an Tour incl Terracotta WarriorsWe have just got home from a m***ive travel to Xi’antour today in Xi'an. We took China Eastern there and spent our first night at the Grand Mercure Hotel ,our Xi'an Hotels ,last night and neither of us had a good nights sleep and we really needed it. The beds are like concrete, we may as well be sleeping on the lobby floor. We have also had a problem with the large shower flooding the whole bathroom. We had to get more towels so Tam went to ask at reception. No-one understood English so she acted out drying her back with the towel. What a free show the reception staff got - i am kicking myself I missed it - too funny! I started my shower this morning while Tam was waiting for the hotel to bring us 2 towels. They arrived with 2 facewashers - like that was going to do anything. Eventually we were both ready and had breaky. There was a lot to choose from but we realise now how spoilt we were at the Novotel in Beijing. Our tour started at 8:30am this morning and as we were the only people booked on it, we got a private tour guide and driver. Our tour guide was Kylie (yes they all have English names) and she was lovely except the fact she wanted to ask us 1000 questions ALL day. We never got 5 minutes of silence till we got back to the hotel just before 10pm, very tiring. Here is how our day went: The day ended by us forking out even more money when our tour guide asked for a tip and said she got no salary for the tour and her wage was our tip. Ahhhhh. We are back in the hotel and have to pack as we have a Xi'an Flights tomorrow morning to Lijiang, the china domestic flights is very cheap!

Most Omega watches use a Replica Tudor Watches substance called LumiNova to provide the glow to the dial and hands that allows you to read the time in darkness. Replica Omega watches Replica U_boat Watches normally have a poor quality luminous material applied compared to a genuine watch. The replica won't glow as brightly or as long when charged and viewed in a low light situation. It's also common that replica Omega watches will have missing luminous materials and not glow at all. Replica Ulysse Nardin Watches Use a flashlight to "charge" a watch and Replica Vacheron Constantin Watches observe the brightness of the dial Replica Zenith Watches and hands in the dark.
Shanghai we travel to shanghai from Tai'an with Shanghai Flightsby China Southern which took only 1 hours. we bought the cheap shanghai Flights ticket and our Shanghai Hotels at Tai'an two days in advance our departure. a fast forward procedure; the lady at the ticket office spoke English! We have friends visiting from Sweden this week. Lisa and Rikard. So nice to have visitors! I met Lisa last year and we’ve been friends ever since. She was in Shanghai studying Mandarin for 6 weeks last fall and she and her boyfriend, Rikard arrived Saturday. They brought us so many treats, which included homemade bread. We are having lots fun cooking a lot of food, drinking our reserves of wine and touring the city in the rain. It started raining today and it seems it may never stop. We are heading to the mountains on Friday and we just heard that it snowed there today. We don’t have much snow gear in Shanghai since it was not a snowy winter last year. I am looking forward to getting out of the city and breathing some fresher mountain air. Tonight we made a huge batch of delicious dumplings, totally from scratch. Including the dough. They were so good and so fresh tasting, we had no leftovers. Mark arrived (yes, he’s back in Shanghai with us during the weeks for the time being) just as we put the dumplings on the table. Good timing.
