The perfect way to Delete a Google Local Listing

Log in to your Google Places account
Click "delete" for the listing in question
Choose "remove this listing from Google Maps". Save changes.
Select listing again, click delete.
Choose "remove this listing from my Google Places account". Save changes.

Note: if you have deleted a listing from your Google Places account, but not from Maps, just reclaim the listing so it appears in your Places account list again, then follow the steps above.

I also have the similar issue through my listing, I find that company was in the schedule, and there was not a method to change the listing so I made my own. In the course of this stage it asked me if I desired to maintain the listing by I choosed out of this

I open Google Maps to the vicinity of where I would like coordinates. 2. I use my right click mouse button and select "center map here" from the ... google's "search maps" text box, remove the parenthesis and click "Search Maps" ... I refine as and if necessary and I have my way point for inserting into my GPS. ...

Interesting tips but I wonder if someone will delete their local listing on Google if they can benefited on it.
