Check Whether Cross-Module Integration Is Explained
SAP modules do not operate in complete isolation.
Business processes frequently cross multiple functional areas.
Consider a procurement process:
Purchase Requisition
↓
Purchase Order
↓
Goods Receipt
↓
Invoice Verification
↓
Financial Posting
An SAP MM consultant should therefore understand at least the relevant connection between MM and FICO.
Similarly:
SAP SD ↔ FICO
SAP MM ↔ FICO
SAP PP ↔ MM
SAP EWM ↔ MM/SD
SAP CPI ↔ Multiple SAP and non-SAP applications
This does not mean you must master every module.
It means you should understand where your module starts interacting with another business process or system.
Ask:
“Which cross-module integration scenarios are included in the course?”
For students comparing the best SAP training institutes in Hyderabad, integration coverage is one of the useful indicators of course depth.
Look for Practical Assignments, Exercises and Troubleshooting
A good SAP class should not end when the trainer finishes explaining a topic.
Students need tasks.
For every major concept, practical exercises might include:
Creating master data
Configuring organizational structures
Executing transactions
Creating business documents
Running complete process cycles
Validating results
Identifying errors
Troubleshooting configuration issues
Explaining the process in their own words
Imagine learning driving by watching someone else drive for 60 hours.
You may understand how a vehicle works, but that does not mean you can confidently drive it.
SAP training works similarly.
Ask:
“What will I personally configure or execute during this course?”
The answer should be more detailed than:
“You will get practical training.”
