Kokan NGO India is the Best NGO for Women and Children in India, to empower marginalized children, women, and communities to advocate for their health, education, protection, and development. Established in 2012, Kokan NGO India has taken on the noble mission of transforming the lives of marginalized communities, with a partcular focus on the well-being of underprivileged people in India. Over the span of 13 years, our impactful initiatives have reached out to more than 11,67,606 beneficiaries through more than 12 projects spanning across 10 states. Our efforts concentrate on helping those in need, offering them a sense of security and support. Kokan NGO India's outstanding commitment has been recognized and honored with prestigious National Awards . Officially registered in 2012 in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, India, Kokan NGO India stands as a prominent figure of positive social transformation.
We are a Section 2(15) non-profit charitable organization and our primary goal is to enable underprivileged children to achieve a better life. We believe that in today’s world, just like food, shelter, education, and health are basic necessities. Our vision is to work towards creating a world where all children, regardless of their age, gender, race, color, caste, religion, origin, and physical, mental, or financial ability, will have a fair chance to get a better education and good health. We strongly believe that transparency is critical in running such an organization. Therefore, we share any and all relevant information on our website and social media pages on a regular basis. We keep our administrative expenses to a minimum and keep clear records of all our financial transactions.
Kokan Kala va Shikshan Vikas Sanstha was established in 2012 mainly to help society live better through educational and medical facilities. The organisation helps underprivileged children and promotes education, village development, support for orphanages, disaster relief support and medical support for children with severe illnesses. Having access to national associations of expertise and a wide network of partnerships enables us to deliver broad-based outcomes to a variety of stakeholders. Together, we believe that we can reach more people through education and health facilities to improve the lives of those in need.
