I'm not a particularly large man, but I don't think my head is small!. As I stated in the title, the sound is good, though you shouldn't expect them to compete with super hi-fi headphones. The connecting cord appears to be a high quality cord covered with fabric. The only negative I can see is that the cord is rather short.
