Why isn't speed enough?

Unlike many standard racing games, high speed here is only valuable if you can control it. The vehicle can accelerate rapidly and soar through jumps, but the faster you go, the more critical it becomes to maintain balance upon landing. In other words, speed is meaningless if the vehicle constantly flips over; a steady, controlled run often yields better results than simply flooring the gas.

Essential skill: controlling the vehicle while airborne

A notable feature is that you don't just drive while the wheels are on the ground. Once the vehicle leaves the surface, you can still use the directional controls to adjust its tilt in mid-air. This skill is incredibly useful for long jumps or challenges requiring a precise landing posture. Many new players overlook this step, focusing solely on the throttle while forgetting that the vehicle still needs to be "driven" even while airborne.
