CMC (Sodium CMC) is a water-soluble cellulose derivative. It is produced from corn raw materials through impregnation, fragmentation, separation, purification, and drying to form powder. The powder is off-white with whiteness ≥92% and a pure odor. It has excellent performance in thickening, suspending, film-forming, and stabilizing. Widely used in food, medicine, papermaking, starch deep processing, metallurgy, and foundry industries.
