Arcane Chemicals offers Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4) in 80% concentrations. The color is pale yellow. It is a clear liquid without any turbidity or nitric acid content. The concentration of the 80% grade varies between 80% and 83%. Sulfuric acid finds wide ranging applications in various industries for manufacture of dyes, drugs, fertilizers, explosives, detergents, salts and acids as also in petroleum and metallurgical industries. It is also used for domestic purposes such as drain cleaning and rust removers. Sulfuric acid is one of the chief components in lead-acid batteries, in manufacturing rayon and as a dessicant when harvesting potatoes in addition to waste water treatment. Sulfuric acid is extremely hazardous especially in high concentrations. It is highly reactive and corrosive.
