Responsibilities include:
Answering emails and managing incoming calls
Filing and data entry
Scheduling appointments and meetings
General office tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (flexible)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Location: 1256 Walker Ave, Suite B, Springfield
