We are a small but growing logistics company based in the downtown area, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant.
Responsibilities include:




  • Answering emails and managing incoming calls




  • Filing and data entry




  • Scheduling appointments and meetings




  • General office tasks




Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent




  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)




  • Strong communication and organizational skills




Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (flexible)
Pay: $17.50/hour
Location: 1256 Walker Ave, Suite B, Springfield
