Responsibilities:
Developing and building a professional relationship with our clients
Providing proactive advice in relation to the operations of our clients, to assist them in improving their business and/or financial affairs
Preparation of business client's financial statements and tax returns, including SMSF statements, annual return, BAS, IAS, PAYG Instalment Notices and other related matters
Assisting in the training and development (both personal and professional) of junior staff
Liaising with administration staff in relation to correspondence for clients, the ATO, and other organisations
When requested provide presentations for the monthly technical sessions
Continue a growing knowledge of taxation and accounting matters to meet your professional organisation's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
Skills:
Qualified CA /CPA or working toward this qualification
A minimum of 5 years’ experience
High level user of Xero and other accounting software
High level use of all Microsoft products
