Who you are:
1+ year(s) of Rust
3+ years of developing software
Knowledge of *NIX (e.g. FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris, etc.)
The ability to self-motivate and work independently, with minimal supervision
Willingness to innovate, learn and keep on top of the latest technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly personality
Natural problem-solver, with a high level of intellectual curiosity, and the full backing of a team who wants everyone to succeed
Working knowledge/exposure to Agile methodology
