Position Overview: Fiinovation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Alliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporate entities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to further the organization's mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic alliances with potential partners, including corporates, foundations, government bodies, and other relevant organizations.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners, showcasing Fiinovation's capabilities and aligning with partners' objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination to maximize the impact of collaborative initiatives.
- Networking: Represent Fiinovation at industry events, conferences, and forums to expand the organization's network and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of collaborative projects, tracking progress, and addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish and implement metrics to assess the success and impact of partnerships, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders and partners.
