Responsibilities Include:
-Multi-task on phone while accessing computers to retrieve information.
-Assist callers with various questions, technical support and transferring calls to the correct dept. as needed. (These duties can vary depending on the client).
-Process Information: Obtain and verify customer information
-First-Call Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issue(s) on initial call
-Skills, & Experience Requirements: Exercise tact and good judgment when resolving customer issues, No other Experience needed
*Understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions
