John is an expert on the AIRCRE Commercial Real Estate Associations (AIRCRE) real estate contracts. These lease and sales contracts are widely used in the real estate profession. He sits on the AIRCRE contracts committee, has authored contracts on behalf of the AIRCRE and provides training and educational seminars to thousands of real estate professionals and university students on the use and meaning of the AIRCRE contracts. He coauthored AIRCRE Commercial Real Estate contracts: A User's Manual Volume I - Lease contracts and Addenda and AIRCRE Commercial Real Estate contracts: A User's Manual Volume II - Purchase contracts, Agency contracts and Addenda in conjunction with the AIR. The manual has been sold to real estate professionals nationwide.John is the instructor for the California Association of Realtors certification course for the AIRCRE contracts.
