The Yamuna Expressway route map shows that it begins at Pari Chowk in Greater Noida and ends at Kuberpur in Agra on NH-2 towards Kanpur. It has a total of 13 service roads, totaling 168 kilometers in length, designed to connect local commuters to the expressway. In the future, the Yamuna Expressway will be connected to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway through an interchange being constructed near Jaganpura-Afzalpur village on the Yamuna Expressway in Gautam Buddha Nagar district.
