Vision Properties is a premier plot development company founded in December 2021 by Mathewo Arulanandhu. Based in Chennai and Trichy, they have rapidly grown to complete 30+ projects, manage over 1500 channel partners, and serve more than 5000 families with over 2.5 million sqft of sold plots.

Residential plots: ranging from \~500 sq ft to over 3,000 sq ft in size. Available as single, double, and triple bedroom flats in select layouts 

Customizable DTCP & RERA‑approved layouts: Clients receive blank plots to design their dream homes from scratch
