If your BitLocker recovery key does not work, first call 1-888-653-7618 tollfree for MS support.  ensure that you are inputting the proper key by going into your Microsoft account or checking other saved locations.  From there, you can try unlocking the drive with manage-bde at the Command Prompt, running a Startup Repair, or using System Restore.  If these methods do not work, the BitLocker metadata may be corrupted, and you will need to conduct a Reset PC or a complete reinstall of Windows, which will destroy your******  BitLocker Key is Not Working
