Working Hours in India: A Guide for Entrepreneurs

  Computer

I’ve been looking into Working Hours in India, especially from an entrepreneur’s perspective, and it seems that the reality can be quite different from the traditional 9-to-5 schedule. While labour laws generally define working-hour limits for employees, business owners often work much longer hours to manage operations, customers, employees, sales, and growth. In startups and small businesses, working 10 to 12 hours a day is not uncommon. Entrepreneurs may have to handle multiple responsibilities, from marketing and finance to customer service and business development. During busy periods, working hours can become even longer. However, constantly working long hours can lead to stress and burnout. Time management, delegation, and automation can help entrepreneurs become more productive without sacrificing their personal lives. What do you think about Working Hours in India? Are long working hours necessary for business success, or should entrepreneurs focus more on maintaining a healthy work-life balance?
