Aya Art of Aerial offers engaging, supportive Yoga Classes for Teens and it’s kinda aimed at helping young individuals grow strength, flexibility, and balance, also self-confidence in a calm kind of positive environment. Our instructors, who are experienced and attentive, make the sessions fun, a little interactive, so teens stay with the moment and not just “do poses”. You’ll notice we focus on healthy movement , mindfulness, and personal growth as a whole.
