We specialize in Intensive Outpatient Programs—or IOP—which offer a mid-level of care: more support than once-a-week therapy, but less intensive than residential treatment. It’s a semi-intensive program designed to help clients build coping skills, stability, and confidence while staying connected to their daily lives. With a skilled clinical team and a warm, stigma-free environment, we help people take meaningful steps toward lasting recovery.”
