The Snapmaker 2.0 3D printer Air Purifier is an accessory crafted to be used together with Snapmaker's range of versatile 3D printers, such as the Snapmaker 2.0, Artisan, and Ray models. Its primary function is to enhance air quality during 3D printing by effectively filtering out potentially harmful particles and chemicals emitted during printing.
The air purifier has a custom five-layer filter cartridge designed specially to be used with Snapmaker printers. It includes layers like a G4 filter for coarse particles, an F9 filter for fine particles down to 1 micron, activated carbon for VOCs, and a double-thick HEPA filter that captures 99.97% of particles. These layers maximize lifespan and efficiently filter fumes and odors from 3D printing emissions.
The Air Purifier connects to the 3D printer via a flexible hose and has smart features like filter life monitoring, status lights, and adjustable fan speeds. It has an all-metal design matched to Snapmaker 3D printer enclosures.
