If you are looking for an alcohol drug evaluation for court, NeXgen Therapies offers voluntary online Alcohol/Drugs evaluations designed to help you prepare before a court date or other formal proceeding. The evaluation is completed privately through a secure online video session with a state-licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

The process includes completing intake forms, attending the online evaluation, and receiving a written report within 48 hours of the completed evaluation. The report may include relevant history, clinical findings, recommendations, and suggested next steps when appropriate. Acceptance requirements can vary by court, probation office, attorney, employer, or agency, so confirm specific requirements before scheduling.
