DIC-X Landing Nipples are fully selective nipples used to land, lock, and seal X–type locking mandrels with attached flow control devise in the production tubing string. When installed, the locking tykes in the X–type lock move out into the recess of the nipple, anchoring the lock and situating the lock packing in the polished seal bore section of the nipple. Our Landing Nipples are made from 4140, L-80 low alloy steel, and 9Cr 1Mo Steel.
