Want to share legacy family tree file on a CD or thumb drive? The simplest method is exporting your data as a GEDCOM file. This format works with Legacy and most genealogy programs. Copy the GEDCOM file along with its media folders to the CD or USB drive. The recipient can easily import the file and view, update, or expand the shared information. Legacy also offers export tools and online sharing options for convenient collaboration.
