The purpose of Logistics Management Programs is to concentrate on the planning, coordination, and flow of goods and services in supply chains with goals of efficiency and reliability. The Institute of Logistics & Aviation Management engages learners in thinking about how logistics practices affect operations and the human actors involved. Students are encouraged to think critically, plan effectively, and share ideas to understand the trade-off between the demand of operational work and the human-operated work. Most importantly, the program strives to train individuals who can design and implement logistics systems in a complex world while maintaining a humane, thoughtful, and considerate supervision.
