NICMAR University, Pune, offers a Master of Planning (Urban Planning) — a full-time, two-year postgraduate programme designed for graduates in Architecture, Civil/Environmental Engineering, Planning, Geography, Economics, Sociology, GIS, and related disciplines. Annual tuition is approximately ₹3.05 lakh (₹6 lakh total). The curriculum includes project appraisal, urban governance and finance, social placemaking, planning studios, electives, and thesis. Admissions are based on NICMAR PG‑NCAT (entrance test), GD/PI, with GATE scores given preference.
