Other Services
A part of India has always needed a community that can help them, other than a governing body. That is working towards overall economic development, but neglecting the needs of people in rural areas. This is where non-profit organizations in India have stepped in to help people in need. From food, clothing, empowering, teaching children, giving shelter to old age people, to protecting children from child abuse. At first, there were not many NGOs working on this, but as time passed, people became more aware and many started NGOs to volunteer, help, and support poor people.
The non-profit organisation helps bridge the gap in our society by helping children in their dreams once again. But it cannot entirely compete with kids studying foreign languages or private-sector schooling. But these NGo ensure that every child receives basic education and support them further by providing scholarships for higher education and teaching life skills. They help empower women to dream again and teach them skills that can earn a livelihood. The start is small, but with more power joining this and contributing to help the organization, it has been recognized by the UNESCO government. It gets funded and supported by many influential figures.
