Maadhyam is a nonprofit institution and a legally recognised society. It has been at the forefront of developing and carrying out training programmes with the intention of teaching and disseminating conflict resolution techniques to ADR practitioners.
Through its Peer Mediation and Youth Forum, Maadhyam aims to engage and empower India's vast pool of youthful talent to become the leaders of tomorrow in peacebuilding.
Through regular conferences and workshops held in close collaboration with domestic and international partners, Maadhyam supports continued training in ADR proceedings.
