Delta Airlines offers reimbursement for substantial flight delays, with automatic refund for domestic delays of more than 3 hours and international delays of more than 6 hours. Reimbursement can include meal vouchers, hotel stays, and rebooking. Refunds are made within 7 business days for credit card payments and 20 days for other payments. Passengers can claim reimbursement for extra costs incurred as a result of delays.
