3D Foam Flex is a premium heat-transfer vinyl known for its lightweight, flexible, and durable qualities. With a PU film thickness of approximately 140 µm ±10 µm, it offers a soft, elevated 3D effect that enhances designs for apparel, packaging, crafts, and more. To apply, use a heat press set to 300–330 °F (150–165 °C) for 20–25 seconds with medium to firm pressure. Peel the transfer warm and re-press for 5 seconds to intensify the raised finish. Ensure artwork is high-resolution (300 dpi or more) in formats like AI, PDF, PNG, EPS, SVG, TIF, or PSD.
